Return & Exchange

For a completely fresh and convenient buying experience from home, SellzUp offers a 7-day exchange-only policy. All items are exchangeable within seven days of receiving the product.

If we accidentally shipped you the incorrect item, and you want to replace it right away. For you, we will create a return slip. To make the return, you will then need to visit the appropriate courier office.

However, due to the courier company's policy, if you would prefer a reverse pickup, please be aware that it could take up to 12 working days.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping if you accidentally ordered the incorrect item.

Important: Only unused, unwashed items with all original tags, labels, poly bags, and other accessories will be accepted for exchanges or refunds.

NOTE: "According to International Standards, a difference of up to 1 inch in specifications is acceptable."

(NOTE: RS 200 will be subtracted from the items' total refund amount.)

Exchange Policy

1. What happens if I have to change the product's size?

  • Just let us know if the size you ordered doesn't fit.
  • Keep the product in its original packaging with the tags that came with it.
  • The package must be shipped or delivered to our office address, which will be supplied.
  • Depending on availability, we will ship the new size as soon as we acquire the product.

Please be aware that this procedure could take 4 to 6 business days.

2. What happens if I want to swap the item for another one or more?

  • Simply return the merchandise for another product if you're unhappy with the one you ordered.
  • Keep the product in its original packaging with the tags that came with it.
  • The package must be shipped or delivered to our office address, which will be supplied.
  • Depending on availability, we will ship the new products as soon as we receive the product.

Please be aware that this procedure could take 4 to 6 business days.

Return Policy

1. What happens if I want to send my item back?

  • Simply ask for a refund if you're unhappy with your purchase.
  • The merchandise should be sent or couriered to our office address, which will be sent when the return is lodged.
  • We will reimburse your money as soon as we receive the item and verify that it is unused and that all of the tags are still on it.

2. How can I get my money back?

    We can send you the money via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or Jazz Cash if you want your money returned.
