Shipping Policy

After you finish your purchase at www.sellzup.com, we aim to send your products within 4–7 working days. Order processing may take seven to ten working days during sales and promotional days. Our warehouse receives your order, carefully packs it, and ships it out.

1. Free shipping is offered on all orders over Rs. 3,000.
2. All orders under Rs. 3,000 are subject to a fee of Rs. 250
3. Orders submitted by 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be sent the same day, using the Registered Courier Service.
4. After 12:00 PM, orders will be shipped the following day.
5. On Sundays and Pakistani national holidays, orders will be processed and sent the next business day.
6. Delivery typically takes 4 to 7 working days (excluding Sundays). However, during our huge sales events or the peak shopping season, shipping may take up to 7 business days.
7. We will deliver to the address you provide when placing your order, which may be your home or place of business.
8. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Every delivery needs to be signed for when it is received. We will make at least two attempts to deliver your order to the address you provided.
9. We demand payment in advance for self-collection or any address where we believe the courier network is unavailable.
10. Orders totaling more than Rs. 20,000 will require a 50% advance payment. Following order confirmation, the customer will receive a call asking for payment information, at which point the account details will be shared. Only until the bank has confirmed receipt of the money will the order be shipped.

Tracking Your Order

1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
2. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on our website or through the shipping carrier's website.
